1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items that show signs of damage, stains, perfume, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, and customized/clearance products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Process for Return/Exchange

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, ship the product back to our return address.
- After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (bank account/UPI/card/wallet).
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
- Customers can exchange an item for a different size, color, or product (based on availability).
- If the replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before shipping.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
